ACE Electronic Manifests for US Border Crossing

ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) web access

Call 1-866-456-0053 for more information

In 2006, U.S. Customs Regulations mandated that carriers traveling across U.S. borders* provide electronic manifests in advance of reaching the Port of Entry. ACE is designed to provide national processing and tracking and is intended to be a key element for trade enforcement and in preventing cargo from becoming tools of terrorism. In conjunction with our partner, CrimsonLogic, our ACE program provides secure web access to the ACE Compliance System.

Anywhere, anytime! Our Automated Commercial Environment saves you time and money by submitting seamlessly and securely to U.S. Customs and Border Protection directly.

TransCore has partnered with Canada's CrimsonLogic to provide a quick and comprehensive method allowing carriers, shippers, logistics firms, and others to comply with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

How can Carriers send E-Manifests?

Set up a web account that stores all the details on:
  • drivers
  • tractors
  • trailers
  • consignees/shippers
  • all trip and shipment details
Enhanced features on the web account data entry, including:
  • email alerts on responses from US Custom
  • shipment and trip templates
  • manifest print
  • timely submission and 24/7 customer support
Fax-to-EDI Option
  • FAX-TO-EDI solution is for carriers with no PC or Internet access for ACE submissions
  • Carriers can use FAX-to-EDI for after-hours shipments or as back-up
  • Available 24/7, including Canadian and US holidays
  • Drivers can fax their manifests to the ACE center and they are then processed on the web
  • Confirmation given to drivers upon acceptance of submission from US Customs.
